ERIQ combines secure remote access, role-based user management, multi-tenant architecture, and complete logging in a central platform. Developed for IT departments that want full control over their OT infrastructures - with flexible access via web, VPN, or app, both for internal teams and external service providers. All connections and accesses are centrally managed and transparently documented. Centralized control ensures that VPN, web access, or PAM connections are fully logged at all times. ERIQ is security-compliant and audit-proof: two-factor authentication, dual control, and video recording are integrated directly into the system.

Thanks to seamless integration into existing IT landscapes, for example via Entra ID and REST API, user and rights management can be conveniently controlled via central systems.
