ERIQ is the digital service portal for machine and plant manufacturers, operators, and service technicians. Whether remote access to PLCs and HMIs, alarm forwarding, data analysis, or maintenance tasks - with ERIQ, everything is organized on a central, user-friendly platform. The solution can be used as an app on your smartphone or is available in your own design for your customers. All systems, alarms, tasks, and accesses are clearly bundled in one portal, so that both your team and your customers can keep track of everything at all times. Remote access via the web or VPN enables secure, easy, and uncomplicated access to machines, controls, and visualizations.
Individual alarms provide automatic notifications via email, SMS, push notification, or phone call, including escalation levels and confirmation functions. Maintenance and task management supports you with regular maintenance or malfunctions with checklists, reminders, and a complete history.
On site, technicians can use QR codes on the systems to go directly to the corresponding view in the app – including all relevant data and tasks. And because every company is different, ERIQ can be operated with your own branding, domain, app, and communication channels.
